Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy Overview

At PANEX DECO SOLUTIONS CORP, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase is required (order number, receipt, or confirmation email)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale items marked as «Final Sale»
  • Personal care items once opened or used
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Digital products
  • Gift cards

Return Process

  1. Initiate your return: Contact us at info@localhost or call +1 809 977 0899 to request a return authorization
  2. Package your item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging with all included accessories
  3. Include return form: Fill out the return form that came with your order or download one from our website
  4. Ship your return: Use the prepaid shipping label provided (if applicable) or send to our return address

Return Shipping

  • If returning due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product), we will cover return shipping costs
  • For all other returns, a shipping fee of $7.99 will be deducted from your refund
  • You are responsible for ensuring the package reaches us safely; we recommend using a trackable shipping method

Exchange Process

If you would like to exchange an item:

  1. Follow the return process described above, indicating you want an exchange
  2. Specify the item and size/color you would like instead
  3. If the new item costs more than the original purchase, you will need to pay the difference
  4. If the new item costs less, we will refund the difference

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time is typically 7-10 business days after we receive your return
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide photos of the damaged item along with your order number
  3. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund including shipping costs

Late or Missing Returns

  • Returns not received within 14 days of issuing a return authorization may not be eligible for a refund
  • If you believe you’ve sent a return that we haven’t acknowledged, please contact us with your tracking information
